1. Eligibility and Account Use

You must provide accurate information while creating and maintaining your account. You are responsible for all activity under your credentials and for keeping login details secure.

2. Permitted Use

You agree to use GoRestro only for lawful business operations and in compliance with applicable Indian laws, including IT and tax regulations.

3. Subscription, Billing, and Non-Payment

Paid plans are billed in advance as per your selected cycle. Failure to pay may lead to suspension or termination of access. Fees, taxes, and billing terms are governed by your selected plan and invoice terms.

4. Intellectual Property and Brand Protection

All rights, title, and interest in GoRestro software, UI/UX, app design, source code, workflows, documentation, logos, trademarks, trade names, icons, and brand assets are exclusively owned by GoRestro Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

You must not copy, reproduce, modify, reverse engineer, scrape, mirror, clone, republish, distribute, or create derivative works from our app design, interface, branding, or marks without prior written consent. Unauthorized copying or deceptive similarity may result in legal action, including civil and criminal remedies.

5. Data and Compliance

You retain ownership of your business data. You grant us a limited right to process such data only for service delivery, support, security, and legal compliance, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Service Availability

We strive for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-available operation. Maintenance, upgrades, and external factors may affect availability.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoRestro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business-interruption damages arising from use of the service.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GoRestro Technologies Pvt. Ltd. from claims, losses, or liabilities arising from your misuse of the platform, legal violations, or infringement of third-party rights.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, fraud, abuse, or legal non-compliance.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
